Terms & Conditions

Sick or Medical leave Any students who is sick or medical leave (MC) with 2 consecutive lessons, only 1 lessons will be charged. Fees will be refunded on the next month via PayNow "WSC Water Kids". Closure by Authorities. Any closures due to any circumstances for more than 1 week, fees and classes will be "On Hold" till pool reopens. No charge during the closures. No refunds for any unused classes due to closures. WSC Water Kids will honor all unused classes till completion. Make up There will be no make up classes for any reason.

Richard and his team have been pivotal in kickstarting my daughters' swimming journey on a positive note. They enjoyed their swim classes thoroughly as the coaches would find ways to make the time fun. Most importantly, the coaches were patient and respectful - allowing the girls to take the lead in their learning.

Richard and the team are very professional in coaching my son , not only that , they are also very understanding. As my son school CCA crashes with the swimming lessons, they allow my son to come late for the lesson. This is very much appreciated. Thank you. Sam loves swimming from baby and after indoor pool swim for 4.5yrs, we decide to move on to outdoor pool swim. We thanked our friend for the introduction to Coach Richard and Mohtar. Coach Richard is patient with children and Sam does listen to him alot.

I feel satisfied when the child is learning through play. Creating a positive and fun learning environment.. some parents are grooming their kids for competition.. but coach Richard makes the lesson fun, informative and keeps the kids coming back and looking forward.

My Son, Mark, has been training with Richard for over 2 years. We started training when he was only aged 3 months old. It was the only trainer who agreed to take Mark at that age. For all this time, training has become an integral part of our lives. Mark runs to classes with pleasure. And I'm happy every time seeing his new acheivements. Thank you for your professionalism, patience and kind attitude, for your advices and support. Even when Mark is in a bad mood, you manage to find an approach to him. Dear Coach Richard, you are by far THE best voach a kid learning to swim could ever have! Stephan learns best from someone who teaches with warmth and care, not strict discipline. At 4, he lost his fear of water in one lesson with you! He looked forward to every lesson as you always made learning so enjoyable with the little toys and games that meaningfully had techniques and paedagogic coaching behind. Now back in Germany, we noticed that the techniques that Stephan had picked up from you makes a strong foundation to build on going forward. I all appreciated how flexible you were to meet our schedule as best as you could. Richard, you are a coach with hear and you are superior in conpetence, not just in coahcing children in swimming but how you win their hearts.
