Our 7yo son has been studying with Coach Daniel for 5 months so far. He started slow but moved faster from the 2nd month onwards. We are very happy with his progress and Coach Daniel is not only very good in coaching but is also very friendly and kind. The school also allows my son to be make up his classes due to travel, which is great. On the other side, be prepared to check the T&C carefully at the start of terms as there will be little guidance. You’d also need to monitor the class schedule closely for off days, as there will be very minimal reminder. Our son studied at YCK Swimming Complex - there are no facilities nearby the area, so you wont be able to find a good place to chew or rest while waiting for your kid.

There were days when I know my boys absolutely did not want to do that set that the coaches just scribbled out, but they were still able to make it through and get faster. My girl who is 7 years old have been learning with Ace dolphin for more than 4 years since she was 3 years old. Coach Louis is very patient in teaching my 4yr old son who is a beginner swimmer. In just 3 months, he is more confident now in the pool and able to do basic freestyle kicks and improved in hand and leg coordination. We actually started a trial with another swim sch but stopped after first 2 lessons as the coaches are not able to control the kids in class. through recommendations, we started sending our then 5 years old to Ace Dolphin, coach Hanrong managed to quickly let him feel confident in water and within weeks my son could swim a little without the board! Coach Raymond Goh is an experienced and fun coach. Kaiyi joined his class in April 2019. Kaiyi is a reticent girl. Although quiet and shy, she had enjoyed her first lesson with Coach Raymond and his sense of humor. For the past 9 months, she looked forward to attending his lessons. Kaiyi is now able to swim 3 styles (breaststroke, forward claw and backstroke) beautifully. She is also able to swim continuously for at least one lap. Coach Han Rong started coaching my nieces 4 years ago. He was very patient and helped the girls overcome their fear of water with ease. Initially, my younger niece was clinging to him like a koala bear! 😜 2 years ago, we shifted house and started private coaching with Han Rong together with my nieces. When they started, all the 4 of them (ages 3+ to 8+) had phobia for water, did not dare to venture into the water on their own. One of them had previous bad experience with other coaches which made him afraid of swimming. Coach Larry was very patient- coaching each of them and encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone, conquer their fears and enjoy being in the water. Really appreciate coach Raymond great guidance in coaching both my kids. Coach Louis is very patient in teaching my 4yr old son who is a beginner swimmer. In just 3 months, he is more confident now in the pool and able to do basic freestyle kicks and improved in hand and leg coordination. Coach Louis is also humorous and makes swimming lessons fun for the kids by joking with them, and also being strict at appropriate times which gained their respect for him. His voice is loud and provides clear instructions to the kids too! Definitely no regrets in choosing Ace Dolphin swim school!

The coach of course! Coach Han Rong and Coach Mike are both patient and good nature when handling the kids. I never had to worry when the children were under their training. The boys never had complaints about their coaches. On the contrary, they came back with jokes that the coach told them about on some days . A few times, my kid had difficulty breathing in water perhaps due to anxiety and having been swimming in laps continously, I raised the matter to both coach .
