At Ace Dolphin Swim School, we coach swimming as a fundamental survival skill. As Part of our continued efforts to bring the best to our students, we are pleased to inform that our students are now insured under our Group Personal Accident Plan by Great Eastern.

The swimming instructors and the pool authority/management reserve the rights to cancel or postpone the swimming lesson in the event of bad weather. Due to unforeseen circumstances, swimming lesson will be still be payable in the event of bad weather conditions. Land drills, exercise or water safety talk may be conducted in replacement of the usual practical lesson in the event of bad weather. There will be no make-up lesson, refunds or compensation in the event of bad weather. (Applicable to group lessons) *In the event of bad weather and the instructor is unreachable, please contact the pool to check if pool is closed. Lesson will be conducted as long as the pool remains open.

Students are required to give 1 months’ notice if he/she decides to withdraw from Ace Dolphin Swim School. Ace Dolphin Swim School reserves the right to charge 1 month’s fee if notice period is lesser than 31 days. Termination notice should be sent to [email protected] or +65 91055244 only. Slot Guarantee: If student is unable to attend lessons for the month, a half-month payment is required to reserve their current slot. Otherwise, student has to re-register, subject to current availability. Group Lesson: There will be strictly no refunds, compensation or make-up lesson due to bad-weather, personal reasons (i.e. medical leave, vacations), late-coming or cancellation of any sorts. Lessons will continue as long as pool remains open, even in bad weather. No lessons will be conducted on public holidays (lesson is still chargeable) and on fifth week breaks of the month. Kindly refer to the lesson schedule below as no reminders may be given. Please notify the instructor if the student is not attending lesson. No lesson will be conducted on PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. It is the student’s responsibility to be aware of these swim holidays: ALL SINGAPORE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS NEW YEAR EVE CHINESE NEW YEAR EVE CHINESE NEW YEAR DAY 1 TO THE 5TH DAY OF OF THE LUNAR CALENDAR Public swimming pools: All students are required to pay their own entrance fees to all public swimming pools. Relief Of Swimming Instructors: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the rights to send a relief swimming instructor should your instructor is unavailable. Swimming Equipment: Student are required to wear our swim cap at all times during lesson time. Students are required to bring along the necessary equipments. Responsibility: We will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while attending our swimming lesson, including all costs incurred as a result of such claims.
